Based on the Presidential Decision No. 103/2003, signed by the President of the Republic of Indonesia on 17th December 2003, from the 1st February 2004, the following countries do not require a visa to enter Indonesia for a Tourist visit of up to 30 (thirty) days:

VISA ON ARRIVAL

Citizens from 63 countries and 1 region are eligible for obtaining Visa on Arrival (VOA). This visa can be obtained directly when you are landed at the certain airports and seaport in Indonesia regardless of the purpose of your visits (Business, Tourist, Social). The Visa on Arrival is not a work visa nor a visitation visa. Therefore, it cannot be converted to obtain other immigration permits. The maximum stay permitted for the visa on arrival is 30 days.

The general requirements for Visa On Arrival are:

  1. Expiration date of the applicant's passport must be at least 6 (six) months at the date of entry.
  2. Round-trip airplane ticket
  3. Fees

The fees for Visa On Arrival are:

  1. Visa for stay up to 30 (thirty) days = US$ 25,-
  2. Extension of stay for up to 30 (thirty) days = US$ 25,-

 C. From Soekarno-Hatta Airport JAKARTA 

If your flight go to the Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Cengkareng JAKARTA then you have many possibilities for going to Bandung. 

  1. PRIMAJASA AIRPORT LIMOUSINE (first recommendation)

If your flight go to the Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Cengkareng JAKARTA then you have many possibilities for going to Bandung.This PRIMAJASA bus goes from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Cengkareng Jakarta to Bandun Super Mall (BSM) Bandung. it takes around 3 hours to Bandung. From BSM you can take a taxi to go to your hotel in Bandung.

Departs from Terminal 1B or Terminal 2E (near Mc Donald's). The tickets can be purchased at the counters at these terminals. Ticket Price: Rp. 75.000,- (approx. US$9). You must pay them in rupiah.

2. XTRANS (Minibus)

Time Tables: Every hour starts from 07.30 until 22.30.
Departs from Terminal 1A, 1B, 1C and Terminal 2 E/F. 
The tickets can be purchased at the counters at these terminals.
Ticket: Rp. 130.000,- (approx. US$15). You must pay them in rupiah.

 3. CIPAGANTI (Minibus)

Door-to-door services from Soekarno Hatta Airport to Bandung. 
Departs from Terminal 1B or Terminal 2D at any time.
The tickets can be purchased at the counters at these terminals.
Ticket: Rp. 135.000,- (approx. US$17).
  
 4. RENTING CAR

 The car-rent costs Rp. 600.000 (approx. US$ 60) and in each car 
 seats are available for up to 6 people.

5. By TRAIN
From the Cengkareng airport Jakarta, you have to go to Gambir Station Jakarta to catch the train to Bandung. You can take taxi to go to Gambir Station Jakarta (cost about Rp. 100.000,-) or by public transportation (DAMRI, costs Rp. 30.000,).Travel by train from Gambir Station Jakarta to Bandung Station.
